At our Professional Salon, we kindly ask that you respect our appointment policy to ensure we can deliver the level of service you expect and deserve. Our team consists of Licensed NYS Nail Technicians and NYS Nail Trainee Licensed Trainee Technicians. We offer a full range of services, including nail services, eyelash services, waxing, and laser treatments, all while adhering to our clear refund policy.

We always strive to keep appointments within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. If there is a delay, we will do our best to notify you, and we appreciate your patience. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we prioritize safety for our clients and staff while providing our nail services.

* If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it is at the discretion of the Nail Technician to check their next appointment time to determine if they can accommodate you. This may result in a less detailed service, such as basic nail art or a single-color manicure, unless you choose to reschedule for a later time for a more comprehensive treatment. Please note that deposits are required for appointments and will be deducted from the total cost of your service upon completion. Our refund policy states that no refunds will be issued for appointments that you are late for.

* If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, we will not refund your deposit. This appointment policy ensures fairness for both our staff and clients.

* Additionally, if you miss more than three scheduled appointments within one calendar year, we will not accept future appointments from you, and we will inform you via email. We encourage you to find a new nail salon if this occurs.

We expect clients to behave in a manner that allows your Nail Technician to provide the best nail services possible. If a client becomes difficult, picky, abusive, noisy, unruly, or threatening, we will ask you to leave; failure to comply will result in us notifying the Police. Please allow your NYS licensed professional to do their job. Our appointment policy includes monitoring to ensure clients do not solicit services outside our salon, such as side jobs or employment offers. If a client engages in this behavior, they should expect not to return to our salon. We ask that you respect our business. We reserve the right to cancel appointments for those who violate our policies. Additionally, our salon records and monitors Manicures and Pedicures with Security Cameras to maintain a safe environment for both our Staff and Clients. Our salon is designed to be a relaxing location for everyone; please adhere to our rules. For any inquiries about our refund policy, feel free to reach out.

We love music and cell phones too; however, enjoying your favorite tunes should be limited to your headphones. Please remember our appointment policy encourages keeping cell phone use to a minimum while our Nail Technician is dedicated to your nail services. If the music or phone use disrupts their work, the Nail Technician reserves the right to end the appointment. We take pride in our services and want you to leave with beautiful nails. Just as you wouldn’t want our Nail Technicians distracted on their phones during your appointment, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the focus on your manicure.

Colorful Nails values genuine and constructive feedback. To protect our reputation from slander, defamation, and false allegations, we are committed to addressing any issues at all litigated costs. As part of our appointment policy, we will document and post appointment bookings through our website, including appointment recordings, phone calls, pictures, emails, and any other means during your transaction with Colorful Nails. Our staff is dedicated to providing the best possible nail services for our clients. We sincerely appreciate your choice of Colorful Nails and want to remind you of our refund policy should you have any concerns.

We do not offer any type of refunds under our refund policy, but if there is a problem with your nail services (such as chips, peeling, or cracking), we provide a 6-day guarantee. This is a straightforward appointment policy, so please read it carefully: we will repair your nails one time (in the same color) free of charge within 6 days of your service, provided you notify us so we can schedule a time between clients. If you happen to leave the area on vacation or are moving away, please note that no refunds will be issued; the 6-day policy applies only if you are available within that timeframe. Full set refunds will be granted if we remove the full set within 4 hours of application. If you leave without paying or dispute your payment via credit or gift card, we will take legal action under Penal Law Section 165.15 for
