Our Salon is a Professional Salon and we ask that you respect our salon's policies so we can perform at a level you expect and deserve. We only employ Licensed with NYS Nail Technicians and NYS Nail Trainee Licensed Trainee Technicians.
We always try to keep appointments within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, if we are behind we will try to notify you of our delay and appreciate if you can be patient. In the COVID19 era we try to take as much precaution as possible to ensure safety for our clients and staff. If you arrive later than 15 minutes for your appointment it is up to the Nail Technician to see their next appointment time to see if they can assist you. It may mean a less detailed ex; nail art , 1 color etc. manicure unless you would like to reschedule for another time if it is a more detailed service. Deposits are required for appointments and will be credited off your service when complete. If you do not show or give 24 hours advance notice you can't attend your appointment we will not refund deposits for appointments.
We expect clients will behave in a manner that is conducive for your Nail Technician to do a job to the best of their ability. If the client becomes difficult, abusive,noisy, unruly or threatening we will ask you to leave if you don't leave we will notify the Police. Our salon records and monitors Manicures and Pedicures with Security Cameras to view and keep our salon safe for our Staff and Clients. Our salon is meant to be a relaxing environment for clients and staff please follow our rules.
We love music and cell phones too, however playing your music should only be done on your headphones. Please keep Cell Phone use to a minimum while our Nail Technician is working on your Manicure. The Nail Technician has the right to end your appointment if the music/cell phone is affecting their work. We take pride in our service and you should want to walk out the door with a nice set of nails. Thanks for understanding. We are sure you wouldn't want our Nail Technicians on the phone while they work on your Nails
We do not offer refunds of any type, if there is a problem (Chip, Peeling, Cracking with your nails we offer a 6 day guarantee on our nails. It is a simple policy so please read carefully: We will repair one time within 6 days of service free of charge you will need to notify us see we can set up a time to have you in. If you walk out without paying we will press charges, we do not tolerate this at all.
We have clients fill out our client forms on every visit, we do ask for name, address, email, phone # as well as our COVID19 form. If you refuse to fill out our forms you will not be allowed in our salon. We are proactive in contact tracing for our salon and wish to be as safe as possible for everyone.
