• Sleep on Your Back:Avoid sleeping on your stomach or sides, as this can cause your lashes to become misshapen or damaged. 
• Use Lash Serum/Conditioner:Consider using a lash serum or conditioner to help keep your natural lashes healthy and strong. 
• Avoid Touching or Rubbing:Resist the urge to touch, rub, or pull on your lashes, as this can damage the extensions and cause them to fall out prematurely. 
• Don't Pick or Pull:Never pick or pull at your lash extensions, as this can damage your natural lashes and cause them to fall out. 
• Avoid Waterproof Mascara:Removing waterproof mascara can require tugging and can affect the lifespan of your extensions.
